Why I hate to do updates?

The first thing you should do if your iPad is running slowly is to update the iOS software. This can be done via iTunes or over the air (OTA). To update your iOS manually, follow these steps:

• Connect your device to a power source and launch Settings.
• Select General, and then select Software Update (if you don’t see this option on some older devices, tap Software Updates under “Automatic Downloads”). If an update is available for your device, tap Download & Install and follow the prompts to install it.

If you want to check what version of iOS you are using before updating it, go through these steps:

• Launch Settings from your home screen or from Spotlight Search;
• Tap General > About;
• Scroll down until you see Version at the bottom of page 1;
• Look for “Version 10” here;
• Tap Version 10 when prompted (if there isn’t an alert in step 4);

When asked whether or not you’d like your device restored back up again after installing all available updates, ensure that this setting is still enabled so that all future updates will be installed automatically without having to manually download them each time they become available-unless they’re considered critical security updates which need immediate installation!
