Questions
How much is virus removal?
£85, fixed price, for virus and malware removal.
I got a scam call and let someone onto my computer. What now?
Turn the computer off or disconnect it from the internet, then call. Change your email and banking passwords from a different device, and contact your bank if you shared card or bank details.
Will I lose my files?
A clean-up aims to keep your files. If a full Windows reinstall is the safer option (£75), your files are backed up first where possible.
Can you recover a hacked email account?
Yes, see hacked email & account recovery.
Do you come out?
Free collection and delivery within 5 miles of the North Cave workshop; otherwise drop off or book a home call-out.
