Questions
My MacBook won’t turn on. Can it be fixed?
Often, yes. Power, charging and board faults are diagnosed first, and you get the price before any repair.
I spilled a drink on my MacBook.
Switch it off, unplug it, don’t try to charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can. Data can often be saved even if the Mac can’t.
Is it worth upgrading an old iMac?
Sometimes an SSD makes an older iMac fast again; sometimes a replacement is better value. You get an honest answer.
No fix, no fee?
No fix, no fee applies to data recovery and simple diagnostics. Jobs over an hour and call-outs are chargeable whatever the outcome, and you always get the price before work starts.
