How much does a repair cost?
Most jobs are fixed-price: virus removal £85, Windows reinstall £75, SSD upgrade with Windows from £139, laptop screen from £75 plus parts, charging port from £95 plus parts, data recovery £80–£140 plus parts. Simple diagnostics are free.
Is there a no-fix-no-fee guarantee?
No fix, no fee applies to data recovery and simple diagnostics. Jobs over an hour and call-outs are chargeable whatever the outcome, and you always get the price before work starts.
Do you repair iPads, consoles and TVs?
Yes: iPads and tablets, some phones, Xbox and PlayStation consoles and TVs. Call with the make and model and the fault, and you’ll get an honest answer on whether it’s worth repairing.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 10am–2pm. Early drop-offs before work and evening appointments after 5pm by arrangement.
