Evening appointments
Not everyone can get away during the working day. Evening appointments after 5pm mean you don’t have to take time off work, or rush home to let someone in — we’ll fit around your day, not the other way round.
Home call-outs
Some jobs are simply easier at home — particularly for older customers, or anyone who’d rather not disconnect and transport a desktop PC. A home visit also means we can see how everything’s actually set up, which often makes it quicker to sort the problem properly.
Home visits work well alongside one-to-one computer help and lessons too, not just repairs — if patient, unhurried support is what you need, a call-out can cover that as well.
